Zany Bikes of Redmoon
Redmoon is a puppet theater that loves pedal-power. Our operative was able to sneak deep within their compound and bring you these few photographs of their limitless fleet of crazy HPVs.
Note that these bikes are in a stripped-down form to display the frame, whereas usually they might be adorned with costumes and decoration
This is the Winebike. A tall-trike with a wheelie bar. The cone on the front is supposed to suggest a Victrola and contains a speaker. It also pivots with the front wheel by way of a separate pushpin off the steering column. The umbrella revolves, bringing wine glasses into the reach of the performer.
A bottle is selected from the rack and placed into the decanter. The guest clamps their glass down and the lever pours them a drink.
The sound system is contained in a suitcase and controlled from within the steering wheel.
The umbrella is powered by the free rear wheel, through crown gears attached to a pipe snake.
This bike is a pusher, it's designed to add power to larger floats.
This audio-chopper has a speaker in the tuba, and the sound system is in back. It also has little wee cranks designed to flap wings.
