My brother is a quiet fellow. Well, not exactly... he's not shy, he just doesn't talk unless he has something to say. This is a quality that I wish I had (I wish a whole bunch of people had it).

At a merry holiday party with the extended family, he sat in a big chair and just listened, not saying anything.

Then a loud uncle, face red with holiday cheer, exclaimed, "Damon, you sshure are quiet!"
