I saw Kenny Rogers at the Taste. He seemed to be in much better condition than MadTV portrays him. He didn't really get things stompin like he useta, but he compensated by bantering with the crowd, a real friendly Branson-style show. He seems to have adopted a sort of plantation-lord persona, remined me of that hoary dude in Maverick.
